Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Amazing experience! The food was incredibly tasty and well prepared, and the service was top-notch. Couldn’t stop eating The appetisers specially main course. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Armend was a great host,I truly enjoyed everything and will happily come back again."
"We stopped in on our way to the theatre. The ambiance is dressy but not everyone was dressed up and they were very accommodating considering we just popped in. We ordered quickly and split our meal (the manager-who helped take our order- questioned us a bit that we wanted to split, but another table also did). On vacation we usually do so we don't have wasted leftovers. The carbonara was exactly what I wanted and was excellent. Crab cake balls were decent, not my overall favorite. Drinks were great and the restaurant was just what I wanted before a Broadway show."
"Delicious food here. You can tell if you come during a weekday working hours there will be a lot of business people dinning here, but that doesnt mean they have mediocre food. We ordered seafood pasta, spinach salad, special sausage pasta and apple tart, all of them were delicious!! Highly recommend if you are in the area and price is reasonable."
"Nice place, the staff know what they are doing. We started with appetisers and only then received the main dishes, so there was enough time to enjoy the food and the atmosphere."
"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this restaurant absolutely deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and welcoming. The staff treated us like family — attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The food? On another level. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the chefs put real heart into their work. My favorite part was how balanced everything was — rich, but not heavy; creative, but not overdone. Service was fast, the portions were perfect, and the prices were more than fair for the quality you get. It’s rare to find a place that nails everything — ambiance, food, and hospitality — but this spot truly does. If you’re thinking about trying it, don’t hesitate. This is the kind of restaurant you end up recommending to everyone you know. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
"Italian restaurant - sat at the bar, ate the chip appetizer, great fresh West Coast oysters, bread w/ tomato pesto was great, the handmade pasta - fusilli with oxtail was superb, the ravioli was ok. Appie pie variation with ice cream was excellent. Great service from the bartender, and you can tell they have a lot of regulars. The door they kept propping open as I suspect the back was getting too warm/humid, but that made those of us by the door a bit chilly..."
"I love Italian food and this place was an absolute gem! The elegant ambiance set the perfect mood, the staff were warm and welcoming, and every dish tasted incredibly fresh and authentic. Highly recommend!"
"Absolutely wonderful! My friend and I were originally planning to dine at Osteria DelBianco but I made the wrong reservation . This restaurant is just a corner away from Osteria but has a more peaceful and calm vibe. They also have the amazing oxtail ragu tagitalle on the menu, which is only a special at Osteria. All in all 10/10. And please order their pistachio ice cream, it is sooo gooood"
